"Kandee first assisted my daughter and her husband find a home in Lehi over a year ago. My daughter was thrilled with Kandee and her expertise. Then Kandee assisted me and my wife find a home in Draper during the height of the pandemic during the Spring of 2020. My wife and I were stuck in California and purchased our Draper home without having set foot in it. Kandee arranged to get detailed floor plans of the nearly ten year old home, she sent numerous videos of the house on walk throughs she did for us on the house and its yards. She paid particular attention to the areas of the home my wife would care about. Moreover, Kandee sent us other detailed videos of homes that we were also considering. Kandee worked so hard to make sure we were happy and were making a good decision. She was thorough with price per square foot analysis of competing homes and even referred an excellent mortgage broker to us. I highly recommend Kandee."
